Beginning balance $369.36. Donations: Mtg #001 $30.00, Mtg #076 $50.00, Mtg #229 $198.59; 7th tradition $18.00 (total incoming $296.59). Expenses: Bank Fee $3.00, Secretary expenses (Jan.) $34.50, Registrar expenses Jan. ($38.43) & Feb. ($38.57) = $77.00 (total outgoing $114.50).

REGISTRAR REPORT
:
No changes were made to the Administration List. Meeting 022: Phone Contact and Representative information updated. Meeting 231: Representative information added. Meeting 257: Meeting night changed to Thursday, location changed to Mission Hospital, Basement, in Laguna Beach. Meeting 272: Secretary Contact Information added. No Meetings were added and no meetings were removed in the past month. All meetings in the Directory have USPS contact through the Secretary, the Representative, or both. No H&I Listings were added. American Lung Association, Los Angeles was removed due to Undeliverable Address. 77 envelopes were addressed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
HOSPITALS AND INSTITUTIONS:
No report and we need a new H& I Chairperson. Please let us know if you can help with this responsibility.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Carol is operating our hotline and there are no reports or concerns.
LITERATURE:
Marty needs to place an order for red books and chips.
WORLD SERVICES:
The next conference meeting will be held 3/10/13 at 1:00 pm in Long Beach. Anyone interested in helping please call George O. 562-310-0874.
EVENTS:
Our next event will be the World Services Conference in Long Beach in April. We hope to be able to have a retreat in June/July this year. We are discussing different locations and bringing attention to this event at the World Services Conference. The picnic will be the 3rd Sunday of September in Los Angeles.

PUBLIC OUTREACH/SPEAKERS BUREAU/BY-LAWS:
We still need Chairpersons for the following: By-Laws, Speakers Bureau, and Hospitals and Institutions (H&I), so please let us know if you can help . If interested please come to the Intergroup meeting. We are compiling a list of speakers. Please let us know if you are willing to be a speaker. Please think about being a sponsor to someone who only has access to on-line or phone meetings.

Our Website in January had over 480 Pageviews and over time - we average about 257 views per month.
The webservice we use, Squarespace, has begun offering an online store component. Discussion about the possibility of adding on online store for our literature and chips was had at the meeting. It was decided that at this time it would be more work than help.

We received an invitation from Freedom Festival 10 to man a booth on Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 10am to 6pm. Freedom Festival is a Sober music event and was created to celebrate life without alcohol, drugs or any mind-altering substances or addictive behaviors. It is a family event. BIRTHDAYS:
Brian K. celebrates 5 years and Angela P. celebrates 9 years off nicotine this month.
